THE IDEAL SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING MACHINES

Optical (opto-electronic) measuring system for non-contact measuring of cutting tools

The TC-90 is basically the most competitive system in the IPM series. This device is the ideal measuring system, directly on production machines. Thanks to a centering microscope and a digital display, the TC-90 can accurately measure all sizes and angles of any cutting tool.

YOUR ADVANTAGES

  • Easy to handle
  • Flexibel in jeder Situation
  • Optimize your production / control processes
  • Increase your productivity
  • Adjustable to smaller diameters

PRINCIPLE

Approaching the body edges to be measured with a centering microscope in 10 or 25-fold magnification and reading the measured value on the digital display.
optional 5x and 50x.

MEASURING LENGTH

  • Horizontal: 125 mm
  • Vertical: 75 mm

BASIC CONSTRUCTION

  • High-precision hard stone base plate with ground contact surfaces. 2-axis movable precision carriages with centering microscope.
  • Two support prisms with inserts for smaller diameters.
  • Optional illumination of the work area by LED light.
  • The whole measuring instrument can be put on a workshop
  • mobile table mounted (accessory)

APPLICATIONS

The TC-90 is excellently suited for incoming goods inspection, tool repair and final inspection. With the TC-90 meter, tools up to a diameter of 80mm can be picked up. There are various prism inserts available.

DIGITAL UNIT

Digital display for 3 axes
2 axes linear (horizontal and vertical):
  • Resolution 0.005 mm
  • Switch from mm to inch
  • Switch from radius to diameter
  • Display for vertical axis
  • Data halving
(optional) 1 axis for angle measurement via
Digital angle measuring head:
  • Resolution 0.01 ° or 0 ° 01 ‘
  • Switch from decimal to degrees / minutes display
  • Resetting and preset setup
  • Absolute and incremental operation

The digital unit can store up to 30 readings per axis. These can be queried and displayed at any time or output via the serial interface both on the printer (measurement / test report) and to any EDP system (quality data acquisition / evaluation).
